COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION
Our Comprehensive Evaluation process is designed to give a thorough understanding of each student's academic, personal, and career goals that sets the foundation for personalized guidance and strategic planning throughout their journey.
Review of the Student's Transcript
We thoroughly analyze the student’s academic transcript to assess their coursework, grades, and overall academic performance.
Review of Extracurricular Activities, Honors, and Awards
Evaluating the student’s extracurricular involvement, leadership roles, honors, and awards to identify strengths and unique qualities.
Review of the Student Social, Cultural, Academic Personality Assessment
We examine the student’s social, cultural, and academic personality assessment to understand their interests, values, and learning style.
Review of Standardized Testing (PSAT, SAT, and/or PLAN, ACT) Results
An evaluation of the student’s standardized test scores to determine areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
Discuss Academic and Career Aspirations
An in-depth discussion about the student’s academic and career goals to align our strategies with their future aspirations.

STRATEGIC PLANNING PHASE FOR SENIORS
We develop a comprehensive and personalized academic and application plan for the college admissions process. This phase includes detailed guidance and support in every aspect of the application journey, ensuring students are well-prepared and confident as they apply to their top-choice colleges and universities.

Our Signature Process
Weekly Life Coaching
- Receive regular, personalized guidance and support throughout the application process.
Evaluation Review
- Assess academic, personal, career, social, and cultural needs to identify the right fit colleges and universities to visit over the summer and apply to in late summer or early fall.
College List Development
- Discussions, meet, and provide a comprehensive list of colleges to apply to, including safety schools.
Personal Statement Development
- Begin the process of formulating and finalizing the personal statement based on the personal brand developed with each student, with hands-on support.
Application Tracking and Updates
- Once a final list of colleges is approved, our staff will compile all college names, deadlines, supplemental essays, and miscellaneous needs for the student, family, and Life Coach to track the progress of the admissions process. We also assist in entering all the basic personal information for the Common Application and other school-specific applications, including non-Common Application schools.
- If a student is deferred from the Early Action or Early Decision pool into the regular pool, our staff will work with the student to update their application file with new and more impactful information to enhance the application for review by admission readers and committees.
